MINT Ad Campaign
Mid-Indiana Trails, a chapter of the IMBA, is preparing an ongoing advertisement campaign for their first trail location, Prairie Creek Trails. The campaign focuses on evoking nostalgia within the viewer on various social media platforms. Until Next Time is the first campaign tagline which focuses on memories made while on the trail and how those memories may continue for those who come to Prairie Creek Trail. The campaign also encourages any kind of user to come to the trail by depicting a biker, family, and couple walking their dog.
The nostalgia of Until Next Time shines through this campaign in the use of photography and editing. Illustrative lines through each image calls back to the trail itself while also creating a connective element present in each image. Gaussian blurs allow for focus on the subject and creates a memory-like haze.
Beginning Mockup
The process work that went into this project truly shows the thought that put into this campaign. This image is just one of six mockups that were initially presented to the client. This image sparked interest and provided the creative direction for the photoshoot and for the campaign as shown below.
Biker Instagram Portrait
A team of six worked together with a local family to do a hiking and biking photoshoot. This graphic is for Instagram feed and features a biker on the Prairie Creek Trail.
Family Banner Post
This banner post can be displayed on Facebook or Twitter. The illustrative line winds through the family as they wander along the trail and through the forest. The paired slogan, “Never stop exploring,” encourages viewers to take their memories and continue making new ones on the trail.
Poster Mockup
Posters were created to raise awareness with another media format. The trail illustration winds through each image, meeting at the edge to create connection between the experience of different trail users.
