Capital Campaign Microsite
The Goal of the Campaign Microsite was to generate awareness of the three pillars of the Campaign. Each pillar represented a different way that donors could designate their gift. Additionally, users could learn about what current Earlham students were accomplishing as further incentive to give.
The Process
First, creative direction was provided by the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Wireframes were sketched out and then built using Adobe Illustrator. The designs were shared with the web developer, then published on WordPress.
The Campaign Logo and Solicitation Letter
Beyond the Microsite, a wordmark and circular wordmark was designed for the Campaign. These assets were used across digital and printed materials to reinforce the tagline of the Campaign: For Good. View the Solicitation Letter within this project to see how it was used in print.

Campaign Solicitation Letter
During the Campaign: For Good, specialized solicitations were sent to donors. This solicitation focused on a theme that Earlham donors would resonate with: Plant a seed. Watch it grow. Earlham College is nestled on hundreds of acres, with many alumni who are environmentally minded. This solicitation speaks to the target audience with a unique call to action and hand-drawn illustrations that tie the piece and the message together.
Additionally, a custom business reply envelope was designed with a mailpiece design analyst at USPS to ensure that donors had flexibility with online or in-mail giving.
